1. Folding Tables

  • Quantity Needed: Ensure you have the correct number and size of tables for your booth layout.
  • Condition Check: Inspect for any damage or instability.
  • Easy Setup: Practice folding and unfolding for quick setup.
  • Table Covers: Check the size to ensure they fit your tablecloths.
  • Recommendations: I suggest the 4 foot or 6 foot black ones that you can buy at your local Walmart. They are lighter and easier to transport then the gray/whites ones that you can get online or at Sam's/Costco. I will say that the black ones will ware out faster depending on how you are using them and how much weight you add but they are easier to move around.

2. Table Cloth(s)

  • Measurement: Ensure they are the correct size for your tables.
  • Condition Check: Look for any stains, tears, or wrinkles.
  • Spare Tablecloths: Bring extras in case of spills or damage.
  • Aesthetic Match: Make sure they match your overall booth theme.
  • Recommendations: I don't recommend the stretchy kind UNLESS you do not have a ton of storage boxes that you need to hide. The stretch ones are great for keeping th wrinkles unseen but they do not hid your stuff well. I learned to fold mine in a way that didnt leave a lot of creases. If you need to just bring a small steamer.

3. Portable Directors Style Chair

  • Comfort Check: Ensure it is comfortable for long periods.
  • Stability: Check for any damage or wear and tear.
  • Height: Make sure it is the appropriate height for your booth setup.
  • Portability: Test folding and unfolding for ease of transport.
  • Recommendations: The Direcotrs chair sits higher than a normal lawn chair. You want to be seen if you are not or can't stand. This is the one I got: https://amzn.to/4cOHbZS

4. Checkout Stand

  • Space: Ensure it has enough space for your cash box, card reader, and packaging materials.
  • Condition Check: Inspect for any damages or instability.
  • Portability: Ensure it is easy to transport and set up.
  • Organization: Pre-organize the stand for efficient transactions.
  • Recommendations: I use a portable bar that you can find on Amazon. It breaks down and is easier to transport. I bought this one in 2017 and it is still holding strong: https://amzn.to/4cOHbZS

5. Display Pieces

  • Variety: Have a range of display pieces to showcase different products.
  • Condition Check: Inspect for any damage or wear.
  • Setup Practice: Arrange a mock setup to ensure they fit well in your booth space.
  • Ease of Access: Make sure they allow customers to easily view and handle the products.
  • Aesthetic Match: Ensure they complement your booth’s overall theme and aesthetic.
  • Recommendations: you do not have to go buy all of these at once. Start slow, start with boxes you have at home that you can cover with paper or fabric that matches your brand!
