Workshop Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All Ginger Chick Design events are non-refundable due to the cost of materials and preparation for each guest. We understand that things come up, so if you are unable to attend, you have the following options;

• Apply your ticket to a future event of your choice by emailing me at nikki@gingerchickdesigns.com. There must still be seats available for that class to attend.
• Gift your seat to THIS class to someone else. Not transferable to any other class.

Cancellations are required at least 24 hours in advance for the above to be an option. Any cancellations within 24 hours are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All cancellations MUST be done in writing via email nikki@gingerchickdesigns.com failure to do so will result in a non refund.

Hold Policies

• An invoice has to be sent to a valid email address.
• Your seats will only be held for 24 hours.
• After 24 hours, your order will be cancelled, and the seats will open back up to others.
