It is important that you understand how to use PNG files before purchasing. I do not issue refunds for digital purchases. It is also crucial that you know how to use your machine, its software & the materials needed before purchasing my files.

For the best print/cut quality possible, my suggestions are:

- Be sure that your Cricut machine is properly calibrated to get the most precise cuts. A calibration may need to be done more than once.

- Be sure that your printer has enough quality ink.

- It may be a good idea to do several Print Head Cleanings to avoid printing streaks/lines.

- Select the proper Paper Type & Print Quality (via System dialog) before printing.
